Clover Hill Cottage - newly completed for October 2010 is a haven of dramatic & stunning views, in the outlying  countryside of Cumbria that few have discovered or experienced. Although you are able to enjoy the peaceful tranquil setting, Clover Hill Cottage is a great location to explore The Eden Valley, The Lake District National Park, Historic Carlisle, The Debatable Lands of the Reivers, Northumbria's moorland hills and Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and even the southern reaches of Scotland.

Clover Hill Cottage is centrally heated and fully double glazed. It has two bedrooms - a master double with zip and link beds to create a spacious double bedroom or seperated to form an elegant twin bedded room. The second bedroom can be a spacious single or converted to a twin room with the guest bed. Ideal for children or adults. A good sized family bathroom with shower and masses of hot water and underfloor heating provided by our environmentally friendly air source heat pump. A stunning kitchen, ample worksurfaces with integral washing machine, dishwasher and fridge/freezer. A spacious lounge dining room  with patio doors to the front courtyard provides every comfort. The lounge also has an effective wood burning stove helping to create that cosy ambience.

The exposed beams throughout the cottage have retained an impression of the age of the propertry which dates back to the late 1800's. The bathroom is tiled in natural stone and has for that touch of luxury - underfloor heating also provided by our environmentally friendly air source heat pump. Outside at the front is a paved patio area with table and chairs to take advantage of the panoramic views. At the rear is a more sheltered garden space that keeps the sun most of the day.
